All the trips are inclusive of full services. Except for personal expenses and some meals you won’t have to worry about the logistics, trial condition, route directions, meals and accommodation. Transports are pre-arranged and the prices are negotiated to get the best deal for you. Camping equipment are organized and camping staffs are there at the destination ready to serve you. You may save a few rupees if you make self arrangement. But you would miss the very purpose of going out in nature. We have carefully crafted every element of the cost to ensure that it is affordable and reasonable. The cost is almost 30 to 40 percent less than our normal price for foreign tourists. The costs are less because we have adapted meals, transport and hotel accommodations to local condition.

Our other objective to bring special trips for the local market is to get our seasoned staffs involved in the activities so it can be beneficial for them at a time when they are unemployed. The domestic tourism activities would also help in activating tourism-based economy on which many livelihoods depend. So, it is primarily a win-win situation for travellers as well as service providers.

Prices can be made cheaper by using local transport (bus). Private transport is one of the main components of the service that increases the overall cost. There are also option to use less expensive hotel accommodations that are without extra amenities and facilities. You may be able to do without a tour- escort or guide. Instead of full-board, you may make the trip with bed and breakfast. If you consider all these conditions you can get a shoestring budget. However, there is likely to be inconvenience and delay in the services you get. It is possible that you may miss the best travel experience of your lifetime.

On the other hand, the trips price can also be at the high end if you add your own choice of quality accommodation and meals. Instead of the hotel accommodation in the tour package, you can upgrade and add luxurious elements in the service. In trek and camping, we don’t feel it is necessary to add luxury; however, on some camping trips, it is possible to add extra amenities and varieties in the food and camping facilities. As the saying goes, there is no limit to the imagination when it comes to luxury.

The other tenet of sustainable tourism is to offset your carbon footprint. Using public bus, sharing vehicles and wherever possible using surface transport, instead of flights, are sustainable approach. But for practical purpose we prefer to use reserved transport to get to and from the destination quickly and conveniently unless it is prohibitively expensive. To make “join in” trips affordable we often share vehicles. Though it affect on your independence but it is not as inconvenient as travelling in a public bus.

All our trips are inclusive of ground transport without air condition. The net prices we have negotiated with vehicle operators are without vat. For a group less than 5 persons we use car or van. Above 6 persons depending upon group size we use coaster and tourist standard bus. For trips that go to the mountain destinations that has gravel road and off-road condition our preferred vehicles are jeeps (Bolerio or Scorpio). In the jeep we make convenient seating arrangement so you feel comfortable throughout the long journey.
